The ecobee Smart Thermostat is a WiFi enabled programmable thermostat that has a full-color LCD touch screen and easy-to-use interface. Our product integrates heating, cooling, ventilation, energy management and utility demand response.
The ecobee iPhone and iPod Touch application allows you to control all your Smart Thermostats from anywhere at anytime. It looks and operates just like your ecobee Smart Thermostat at home. You can now use this application to remotely adjust the thermostat’s temperature, schedule or update a vacation event, change the system and/or fan operating settings and receive alerts. Load the application and when prompted use your existing ecobee web portal user name and password to log in.

Great app
Easy to use and pair with your thermostat. I work odd hours in the medical field and couldn't use programmable thermostats because I never stick to a normal schedule. This lets me come home to a warm home anytime and I still save 30% off my previous heating costs. Paid for itself in 1 winter. It also emailed me when I was on vacation and my ac broke.
Solid product + ideas for improvement
Needs iPad app version
Current app version does not allow for out site temp viewing which is key for remote access/control

does not work at all with commercial version of ecobee wifi thermostat model EB-EMS-02. contacted tech support and they said sometime in the future...
