EvoLoopr creates generative music, powered by evolution!
Using a genetic algorithm guided by your own musical preferences, EvoLoopr generates an endless array of musical loops with a variety of musical instruments. Listen to the loops EvoLoopr creates, then pick your favorites and EvoLoopr will evolve a new set of loops according to your tastes. With each passing generation, the loops become more interesting and better suited to your preferences.
You can even save and load loops so you can listen to favorites or continue evolution where you left off!

Wow!
This is a great introduction to generative music. The interface is fun to use, making it clear which loops are 'mating' and 'evolving' and the output is genuinely interesting. Fans of Brian Eno's excellent 'Bloom' app for the iPhone should definately check this out.
Works but needs... work.
It does what it does, but I hate the clicky mess of samples not lopped off at zero crossings.
