Works very well, still missing a few key options
I use this app to post to my personal blog and it suits my needs very well – I was looking for an app that would allow me to post pictures and other small items very quickly to my self-hosted Wordpress site and Express fit the bill perfectly. In fact, I even made sure to purchase a compatible theme (Black Sakura) since I was setting up my new site while looking for an iPhone app to post to it while on the go.
It does lack a few things as other reviewers have mentioned. I would like to be able to specify a category for each post (I usually end up correcting them from the default later once I get to my computer) and I would like a video post option as well. Also, the ability to have drafts sync with the server would be great since they only stay on my iPhone currently.
All in all, this is a polished app that does do what it promises – offer a quick and easy way to publish short posts on the go. I wouldn't recommend at all that so many features be added to make it comparable to the full Wordpress app since that's not the point but it could use just a few more to make it a more complete mobile publishing tool.
Pretty pointless
The creator doesn't seem interested at all in updating the app. The Wordpress app is much better and free. This app is missing such simple things, like the ability to add tags. Bring some updates and I'll update my review. Till then, waste of money.
Not quite whole
Great app, runs like a dream in Verizon iPhone. But for 5$ I expected to be able to tag & categorize posts.
