Description
EZ Loan Calc is a loan and mortgage calculator bundled into an easy to use and fast interface. If you need a loan, use EZ Loan Calc to quickly and accurately determine what the monthly payments are going to be. For instance, take EZ Loan Calc with you when car shopping to quickly compare the actual monthly costs between various cars.
Shopping for a home? EZ Loan Calc also supports additional fields for home buyers to help them determine the actual monthly costs. Mortgage payments often include portions for paying property tax and the primary mortgage insurance (PMI). Most loan calculators omit these so the monthly payments appear lower than they really are. Use EZ Loan Calc to get an idea of what these payments will really be.
And, if you're curious, take a look at the Amortization table so you can see how much you owe at any point during the loan term. Not that curious? No worries, the summary screen displays the total cost to you for the entire loan. Handy! And cool, sometimes discouraging, but at least you can say you're informed!

Phone stability
Ever since I installed it in my iPhone 4 I the phone has been crashing and locking up. U can't say it's this app for

Works good but needs some feat. for more stars
Downright simple program as stated. I would like it to be able to do a little more though. It doesn't allow you to adjust figures. Say if you wanted to know how much faster you can pay off a loan by increasing the monthly payment.
