They filter everything and cannot take a joke. I had a review here complaining about how they do business. People make jokes and they get taken down! People show patriotic posts with the flag or other symbols of US freedom and they get censored. This company should be embarrassed and the only reason they can stay doing business it they have enough people on it and making money to stay alive. They cater to too many people and cannot let things be sometimes. Most old fashioned phrases aren’t allowed because they are too strong for some people to take and they get taken down! If I didn’t need this for some business I would shut it right down for myself so sad!! Next part of this review they made the laughing face look stupid. It should not look cute it should look like your laughing. It was better before. And stop tracking what I look up I don’t need an ad for something after I look it up!! Fix your self Facebook. Too far to the left. The app itself functions and I still don’t have my avatar!! Another update stop being so particular with market place. Instead of worry about how things are written why don’t you focus on all the scammers!!!!! Freaking idiots run Facebook

Connection with family, friends, colleagues with fun, interesting conversations and content. It is a great place for announcements (birth, wellness, marriage, new jobs, locations, relationship beginnings and ends, prayers and retirement/things considered regarding final life phases) Travel, food, fun facts, history, encouragement, recommendations and warnings. Much love and laughter and also opportunities to learn from people, places, projects, nature, health and beauty and general practices. Music, art, books to consider and enjoy. The downside is the system needs to catch up its artificial intelligence with a timely practice of identifying content that they consider “going against standards” and explain what about the flagged content was troublesome” — it’s too general to say “we found a problem associated with one of the following things” but after I decide to choose the closest option, I am never informed about what I should look for to not get flagged again. Most content that was shared from other users is what was problematic versus original content. Sometimes I get a notification 1 year after the post and I have no idea what or how that post now gets flagged and why a year later it is important to notify me. Instead a flagged post should be prompted with 7 days and Facebook have that discourse with me because 6months, 1 year later who recalls what they posted outside of annual announcements like birthdays or vacations?

For years I have been on Facebook and have had some issues with friends accounts and other accounts being hacked and no one on Facebook was there to help. Also, I had sold some things on Marketplace and was NEVER paid out for some of it. I tried multiple avenues to reach out to someone from Facebook to assist me in fixing all of these issues and NO ONE, I mean literally NOT A SINGLE ONE helped me nor was there an actual number to find to call that would help. What makes company's run smoothly is customer service lines and assistance, Facebook has neither! I find myself wondering why I’m still on this app if it’s not safe like that and the only reason I can find is that it’s to keep up with my family and friends that I can’t talk to everyday. But I think sometime soon, if they can’t have an actual customer service, that for the safety of myself and everyone else on this app it will need to be deleted. Lastly, I want to emphasize that I would not be saying this site is unsafe if they had an easily accessible customer service line. That’s literally all they need. That’s it. And they still haven’t done it? There is still not customer service. After all these years? Why? How many more lawsuits is it going to take for them to realize that maybe you could cut your legal fees if you just had some? My advice is, if you get on this app, be very cautious and aware of what is going on here.
