This unique method makes it so ridiculously easy to use... you'll actually use it! How many times have you started tracking results and then stop because:
a) you lose your log book
b) you forget to take your log book to the gym
c) it's such an annoying process you just chuck out your log book
You always have you're iPhone or iTouch with you and now using it to log your fitness is a lot easier - around half the time and effort using regular paper log books.

Also, I can't put more than 99 reps. Need reps in the hundreds range for ab excercises.
Cool App But Needs A Few Revisions
This is a really cool app. I recommend you watch the You Tube video that comes in the welcome email they send. It helped with learning how to use the app as well as showing me its flexibility. In addition to using the standard list of exercises for both weight and cardio training, you can add your own exercises and measurements not already listed. One of the limitations of the app is that it only shows weights in 5 pound increments so you can't record weights accurately using dumbbells of smaller increments. It would be better if they used 1 pound increments between 1 and 15 for dumbbells or use a keyboard entry for weights. It would be helpful if you could record distance for cardio.
