Great when it works

I’ve used this app to request street signs to be replaced, fill potholes, and get oversized garbage to be picked up. When the map actually loads, the app is wonderful and the city’s response matches the speed! Many times though, the map will not load will does not help, especially when trying to notify of potholes in the city.

Shows complete lack of understanding of UI

Terribly designed, this app was out of date the day it was built. It hasn’t been updated to fit new iPhone form factors in 2 years. It requires Location access Always and if you only grant it “when using the app” it refuses to use “GPS”. The entire process of creating a ticket ignores all standard controls in favor of broken, poorly designed substitutes.

This app is a textbook example of government-created apps. They had no experience in doing it, no budget to hire someone with experience, and everyone involved has never used modern technology. They probably designed the app in PowerPoint.

Poor, frustrating customer service.

I’ve been trying since late December to have a couch picked up. Each time I get a date of pickup, I put the couch at the curb and it isn’t picked up. I’ve spoken to customer service and reschedule four of five times, and each time they apologize profusely and reschedule for a later date. Today I was finally told that I’d need to go through Rumpke. This would have been over two and a half months ago if I was told that from the start, but instead, no one seems to understand the service.
