Flight of the Amazon Queen (FOTAQ) is a graphical point-and-click adventure game.
It is very similar in style to LucasArts' many popular point-and-click adventures of the 1990s, and was inspired mainly from Monkey Island and Indiana Jones.
The year is 1949 and you assume the role of Joe King, a pilot for hire who is given the job of flying Faye Russell (a famous movie star) into the Amazon jungle for a photo shoot.
Of course, things never go according to plans. After an unfortunate turn of events they find themselves stranded in the heart of the Amazon jungle, where Joe will embark on a quest to rescue a kidnapped princess and in the process, discover the true sinister intentions of a suspiciously located Lederhosen company.
In a rich 2D environment, Joe will cross paths with a variety of unlikely jungle inhabitants including, but not limited to, a tribe of Amazon women and 6-foot-tall pygmies.
This version of the game featuring a FULL voice-acting including the voice of the British actress Penelope Keith and Actor William Hootkins who played Red Six(Jek Porkins) in Star Wars.
Subtitles in English.

The game Auto-Save every 3 minutes and when you exit using the Home button (or get a phone call).
If you want to save more,
enter Menu, select one of the 9 save games and press on "Make Entry". Remember the save game number for Loading.

Enter Menu, select one of the 9 save games and press on "Read Entry".

Cute
...but for help you have to "shake the ipad". Have the developers tried shaking an ipad? Routinely? Seriously.
Crashes constantly
This is a wonderful game and is so much fun to play, but about every 5 minutes it crashes and takes about 5 tries to get it past the opening screen just to try again. Please fix these bugs.
What is the fuss all about??
👎😣 I love point & click adventure games, but after several tries, I finally deleted this game. I've spent MORE time trying to work the controls than actually playing the game. I will say the same about the "other" few games(casual gaming indeed) with similar interactive "systems". Plus in all of them, besides being frustrating & aggravating, the humor stinks!
