Description
Flogger is a mobile pilot's flight logbook application. Flogger is designed to easily record the relevant information for all your flights, easily manage multiple logbooks, and easily backup your log book to provide access via another computer.

With Flogger you can:
- Track destination and arrival locations
- Lookup airport codes by use of IATA, ICAO, or city name
- Searchable database of greater than 35,000 airports, courtesy of www.mapping.com
- Track flight, night, and instrument times
- Optionally track airborne time separately from flight time
- Track any number of other time values that you specify
- Record flight #, tail #, equipment type, and position
- Log take offs and landings, or flag a flight as a dead head
- Log any number of other attributes you specify, such as precision or non-precision approaches
- Flag a flight as a simulator flight
- Enter crew members from your Address Book, by typing them manually, or from a Crew List that automatically builds itself as new crew are saved to log entries
- Add notes for each flight
- Summarize relevant totals for the current month, last 30 days, last 90 days, and current logbook grand totals
- Add custom summaries of logbook data
- Backup all data online in a formatted spreadsheet to Google Docs for later review online or as an Excel spreadsheet
- Customize backup with monthly totals broken down by Flight, Sim, and Deadhead

What's New In Version 1.6.2
- Fixed a rounding issue between summaries and exports
- Changed date "validation" when entering flight durations to avoid some complications users were seeing. Validation is now done when "Save" is touched
- Choosing "Next Leg" or "Return Trip" now matches the ending time of the previous flight
- Date entry is now split between Time and Date. This allows the easy setting of a year (previously you had to scroll like mad!)
- Updated minimum required OS to 3.1

nice improvement with custom summaries
I'm a professional pilot and have been using this for approx 6 months. I fly four different aircraft regularly. This app is awesome. I don't pretend to think my email a month or so back made a difference, but adding the customizable summaries is great.
Obviously, the most recent reviewer hasn't figured out how to use attributes. I've added approach categories, PIC, night, night and day landings, multi, etc. and keep up with them all.
The backup feature is the icing on the cake.
I would give this app 6 stars if they were available.

Ive only been using this for a couple weeks but so far it is as advertised. I'm a regional pilot and used to use APDL with logbook pro. This is not as functional as APDL. You can't import your schedule or track duty times, pay, etc. As far as logging times and then getting them into logbook pro this is pretty easy. Log it leg by leg and export to google docs and from there into logbook pro. It would be great to have the functionality of APDL but for the price and for what this is designed to be it works great so far.

Good logbook. To the guy who complained (at first glance) about not being able to log anything like night to and landings, total time, etc. It does all that stuff, and you can track anything you want. Anyway, the developer is working on an way to import our logbooks into the program. If you have issues just email the developer and he gets right back to you. Can't wait to see the next version.
