★ ★ What people are saying ★ ★
"Does it work? It does. Is it just as cool as it sounds? It is. Will it earn a spot in one of Apple's "There's an app for that" commercials? Almost certainly. It's just that slick."
- Rick Broida, CNET

"I was impressed with the speed and accuracy of how it worked. Even on an aluminum soda can that is both a rounded and reflective surface, the barcode scanning picked up and worked as expected..."
- Mashable

"FoodScanner is as simple as can be"
- John Herrman, Gizmodo

"FoodScanner makes calorie counting a breeze"
- Lifehacker

"This is a really great concept & awesome app"

Customer Reviews

Could it create account

Also annoying: continuously goes to web site to push "trial ". Kinda like bait and switch. Wasted a buck. Getting rid of this thing.

Not worth it

Doesn't work with DB tracker. Don't waste your money.

Not ready for prime time

Worked nicely only the first time. Scan button no longer launches camera, but shows either the last photo or a blank. Cannot create a DailyBurn account because the keyboard is not active in subsequent fields. Can't even 'paste' email & passwords in the fields. Otherwise, seems ok, crowd sourcing the nutrition info a bit risky as far as accuracy.
