Go bargain hunting in one of London’s flea markets where you will find anything from fashion and antiques to food offerings. Take a free walking tour of historic London and trace the footsteps of the personalities that ruled Great Britain. Or take a guided walk through one of London’s famous Royal Parks, stroll through the magnificent trees and ornamental flowerbeds. At night take advantage of live music, cultural festivals and free plays.
For each listing you will find the phone number, address, web URL and other relevant information to help you plan the free trip or visit. With a touch, you can dial the phone number on your iPhone, open the address in Google Maps and browse given website URL in Safari.
The app lets you mark your favorite items and go through just the favorites in a separate tab. Just touch the star in the list or on the details page to add to the favorites. You can make new suggestions (please do, it is much appreciated) and report errors/updates to information. Periodic updates will include newer listings and corrections to the listings.
Free London is a matter of providing you valuable information, not price. To understand the concept, you should think free as in free speech not as in free beer! That is why Free London is nominally priced!

Buggy favorites
The app allows for tagging favorites but then doesn't save them. I've tagged them several times, but they keep getting dropped - inconvenient when the complete list isn't even alphabetical. I also purchased the Rome app, and that works fine. Please fix so that favorites are saved.
Found new places
I'm a former Londoner and found many new things to do via this app. Three stars for following reasons:
--loses the favourites
--Doesn't show location, you have to click through to map out of the app
--Need to group by location
--Some listings are only free for kids. Adult and student rates not given
--Add Leicester Square: free street entertainment
