What is going on with the app? It keeps telling me that my username and password combination does not exist on medline university's system. I can log in my account using the website on safari just fine. Something is wrong with the app. It will not let the user complete the registration process. The drop down menu does not have any option to choose. It will not let registered user sign in the account to claim the certificate upon completing a course. Please fix it!!!! This could be a wonderful app.
Great Potential
Would rate this app 5 stars if it would let me access my account on my iPhone also. I've tried numerous times to get a code but have yet to receive that e-mail. Disappointing considering Medline is a great resource for nurses.
Having enormous trouble with CE section
While trying to take a CE course the screen keeps refreshing and bringing me back to the first page. This occurs with each small bump or movement of my I pad. I spent more time getting back to reading than I spent reading. This application crashed often as well.
I began to think there was a problem with my iPad so I launched some other apps and had no trouble with them.
The course itself seemed filled with valuable information but reading it proved to be too frustrating to bother with.
Remaining parts of the app I have yet to use, though I will be happy to review that when I do.
Please fix this as the recommendation made in the course are valuable
