This could have been 5-stars!!! ( but the service will shut down in 90 days)
This could have been 5-stars but in their wisdom the developers decided to limit the service to 90 days with no extension option, not even for cash!! So what's the point? You'll install it, invest in fine-tuning it and then the service will be terminated. They say that at this point one will be referred to an inferior paid service. Well, that's an incentive.... Here is a good example of slaughtering a chicken that could have laid golden eggs. What a shame.
No syncing of email or multiple numbers for same contact
This app syncs only some of the listed telephone numbers from my iphone. I have up to 5 numbers for some of my contacts,but it only uploads some that fit categories in the funambol website. Additionally, it does not sync any email addresses even though I think it is supposed to. That is a pretty improtant and neccessary feature for a contact manager. It also needs to be fixed so that it uploads info from the iphone exactly as it is input into the iphone (allows for the customization of info that user places into iphone contacts), so that information in your contacts appears the same on your phone and on the web. Hopefully updates will address these issues.
New update does NOT fix sync failure.
New update does NOT fix sync failure. Every time I try to back up my contacts to the Funambol server, I get a SERVER FAILURE. So this update seems worthless to me.
