Good app Needs improvments...
The app runs and recives messages if not just as fast as you would on a instant messanger on the computer
Notifications need to be able to inturupt lock screen
add a option for own notification sounds as app's is extremly quiet
app needs to be able to run in the background and if the connection is lost to when there is connection again get the missed messages without the user having to be in the app
Good potential - needs improvement
Pretty good concept app.
The first that I can find that has Office communicator gateway so I can have IM on the road with my internal OCS network.
Works fine but has a few issues:
- Message received are not showing so you need to scroll your list of contacts to find the one that wrote to you (there is a number on it to flag the message). would be better if the message would popup like a text message.
- When a message is received it seems to prevent other device to receive it. in other word if you get it on your phone your local windows OCS client will not also display the message.
- Sound notification should offer the option to be changed
I hope Callwave will update this with a new version of non free version with these options.
OCS works great
This app should have a much higher star rating it absolutely works perfectly. It was the only app in the entire app store that would connect to OCS and it's free. I'm pissed I paid 9.99 for iDialog and 7.99 for iOCS just to have them not work and they were built specifically for OCS!!!!
This has push notifications that work and I like how the phone beeps and vibrates when you have an incoming message
