STORY AND GAMEPLAY
Galaxy on Fire™ is an epic space shooter combined with a trading simulation and sci-fi RPG elements. In a huge galaxy of hundreds of planets and space stations, you take on the role of a mercenary with the Terran Armed Forces in the fight against the aggressive alien Vossk. After first demonstrating your skills doing some donkeywork, you are quickly lured to escort and combat missions. Captured goods you can use in the trading system to equip your spaceship with dozens of different weapons, shields, and drives. During the course of the story, which is accompanied by lots of dialogues and animated 3D cutscenes, you encounter shady characters over and over again, offering sometimes dubious, sometimes extremely lucrative missions. In survival mode, you must face a horde of enemy fighters and hang on as long as possible. Every enemy destroyed provides you with points and new energy, while ‘combos’ result in many more points.

Not bad
Game is fun! My only problem is that it gets a little repetitive, maybe a story line after the main one? And new types of missions, maybe a battle contest? Also I seen this ship before but I couldnt afford it and now that I can I cant find it >.<
Amazing
Great game! I don't understand the people that play for like 10 secs and quit because they think the controls are too sensitive. Live with it people and don't rate badly simply because you don't like the controls.
Good, could be better.
The wraith is not the best plane. Gryphon is. You need to travel far to find it (I think it's randomly whether they show up, other than specific ships only showing up at their faction's station).
Anyway, game is fun for the first 2-3 hrs. Controls take getting used to. Repetitive. Easy with good weaponry. Mostly a grind fest to get money for good ships/equipment.
Need multiplayer. Need more quest types. Need more ways to spend money, like customizing ships. Hate slow quests that make you travel with no combat for long stretch of time.
Still - worth the download. Kills time.
