Groundspeak's Geocaching Application provides real-time, direct access to Geocaching.com's database of worldwide geocaches.

What's New In Version 4.1
A quick update addressing the following:
- Integrated Google Maps functionality is now more fully featured.
- The bug which caused the app to log users out while they were offline (and in turn make your pocket queries disappear) has been fixed.
-Many other subtle bugs with the map and pocket query system have been fixed.

Getting closer to greatness
Although aesthetically I still have some problems with this app, the new version really works a lot better than the one preceding it, and since I love geocaching and this app is do darn convenient, I have to bump up the stars in my rating of it. We should still expect more polish on a $10 app, but all in all, this is worth the buy if you love to cache. Happy trails!
Much Potential
I purchased this application to go geocaching over the Labor Day weekend with my wife. This is a beautiful application with so much potential but unfortunately I can't recommend a purchase at this time. The application crashed *three times* while searching for two caches requiring a complete reboot of my iPhone 4. There's really no excuse for this kind of quality control on a $10 application. I am really disappointed that I spent $10 and to be honest I feel as if money was stolen from me. The map also hangs while targeting a cache. It seemed to do this while moving in and out of cell coverage which tends to happen in remote areas.
Also, it seems there should be an ability to post comments back to the website thought this app when you've found a cache. If there is a way to do this, I didn't find it which requires me to go back to geocaching.com on my computer to log experiences. Not very mobile.
I'd give 5 stars with the crashes fixed and a little better user experience. This app is like a green tomato with the ability to become large, red and ripe! :)
The lite version has features not in the full version. Get Lite instead.
Ok, We love GeoCahcing. We find our self usisng the lite version more becasue when you get close it tells you that you are 100ft away. It also allows you to click found it. This version does not. Why does a lite version have features the full version does not???????
This version does have alot more features than the lite, If they would just add those 2 features i would give this a 5. But it dosnt so I have to use the lite version instead.
