You must have the following in order to enjoy the benefits of captioned calls on your iPhone:
Hamilton CapTel account – requires a one-time registration, a voice plan, data plan, simultaneous voice and data capability*, and a headset that works with hearing aids or cochlear implants – wired or bluetooth.

What's New in Version 1.5.1
This app includes compatibility for iOS 5 and the iPad, and enhances usability for placing calls.
The number of calls that can be saved in the app has been increased to 20 calls.
