Frustrating to use
I’m from the USA. Whenever I open the app, I have to change my country of origin and I need to sign in. I wish it kept you signed in and kept your preferences like country of origin. The Saks app does this as does the Selfridges app. Once you go through that (every time), then the app is great.
Nice new app
Enjoy using this app, sometimes slow but overall great!
Seriously bad
I don’t understand how an app can be so bad, especially for a good store like Harrods. It’s not like they needed to reinvent the wheel there are so many good shopping apps out there. They have lost out on so many sales because of their app. Their website is also very bad, but the app is unusable.
