HomeBudget is an integrated expense tracker designed to help you track your expenses, income, bills-due and account balances. It offers support for budgeting, and allows analysis of your expenses and income, including charts and graphs. Two key differentiating features of HomeBudget are:
1. Integrated set of features. The features within HomeBudget are well integrated such that a bill can become an expense (when you pay for it) and also adjust the account balance at the same time.
2. Family sync. HomeBudget includes Family Sync, an advanced feature that allows a group of devices within the household to exchange expense and income information, and work together within a single budget. Once setup, the devices sync with each other automatically over the air. Family Sync works across all features including Bills and Accounts. You don't need to buy multiple copies of the app in order to use Family Sync as iTunes allows you to share your purchases among devices in the household. Fantastic app
I did a pretty extensive review of all of the home budgeting apps in preparation for the new year, even buying several of them so that I could actually use them for several days. I was getting a bit disappointed in what was available until I came upon this app. This app is simply fantastic and blows away everything else that is currently out there. Very ease to use and very capable. The Sync functionality was easy to initiate and we currently have two iPads and and an iPhone completely synced up in real time.
The only gap is that the app doesn't pull in real-time information from your bank accounts. I'm using Pageonce (another highly recommended app) for that capability...using the 2 apps together is giving me and my family all of the real-time financial and budget status information we need.

Great tool!
I searched long and hard for an app that would automatically sync with my wife's phone and my iPad this does it pretty well. I love being able to track the money I spend, it's really helping us budget better. The one small improvement I would suggest is to have sub categories in "income" to track mine and my wife's income separately. I work full time and my wife owns her own business and it would be nice to see her companies revenue in a separate screen.
Simple and easy
This app does exactly what I need it to do...allows my wife and I to track our spending in one program. No more need for the complexity and cost of Quicken! No more keeping paper receipts to be recorded later! Best app I've bought in a long time...
