Worth every penny
Granted I don't get an opportunity to sport ties very often, but I downloaded the free version just out of curiosity. Instantly I was blown away by the list of knots it covers and went after the paid version. The mirror feature is awesome if your wife's taking up time in front of the vanity, and the pocket square list is just cool to have on hand.
Great App even if you already know how to tie a tie
While I could do basic bow ties and a Windsor knot, this handy app has added a whole roster of elegant tie knots to my repertoire. The instructions are great if you've never tied a tie before or if you know a couple of knots and are interested in more.
I really love the new pocket square info as well. Great for the guy who likes to play around with his look in subtle ways.
I also love having this info at my fingertips at any time even if wifi or my internet connection fails me.
A couple of things would make this app better, make it universal for the ipad! Also it would be great to include ascots within the options. There is growing interest in how to tie this classic piece of neckwear.
