No doubt some of you can already do 50 consecutive push ups, but let's face it, you're in a big minority. Most of you reading this won't even be able to manage 20 pushups. Actually, I'm sure many of you can't even do 10.

However, it really doesn't matter which group you fall into. If you follow the progressive push ups training program, I'm positive you'll soon be able to do 100 push ups!

Good app, but needs better reminders.

I have been using the app for 4 months. I am not on track for 100 yet, but have seen a lot of improvement. (1/2 way there)
The program seems to go from possible to impossible in one days time....but I just step back a day and keep working.
The problem I have is the reminder system. It puts the reminder into the calendar app...my calendar is full enough already, an I share a calendar with my family......not a great way for the app to remind me. I would much rather have a notification sent directly from the app to the notification center.

Over-rated

You're better off downloading the program online. They offer tips and support, but it's nothing you don't already know. (Drink water, etc.) When I did ask a question of the support staff I never received an answer. Don't buy it.

Wow...

Before I started this could do at max 5 push ups and now I can do a lot more, this app has a good user friendly interface that anybody could use. I would recommend this app to anyone!!!
