Good start
     

It does what it is supposed to do and you can adjust the amount of blur in it's settings. It would be nice to adjust the part of the image you want most in focus instead of just the center of the image. Overall it is a good start but it does cut off some of the top and bottom of vertical pictures. Because it is a new app and doesn't crash I'm giving it a 4, but I hope to see more features in a update.

Not too shabby. Just "twist" shake it to get the tunnel effect.
