No support
The app works ok, but many issues trying to reach support to fix multiple problems. Laughable that they have number for tech support on their site, no one bothers to answer. Avoid this app.
Disappointing support
This is a great app with allot of potential. I used it when it was PocketChart in pocketPC's, and the support was less than stellar back then. I tried again and have been having problems getting templates I need, showing persistent error in their website, synch notes can’t be view (error again) in the website. I have been e-mailing support for a couple of days now with no response. They have no phone contact in their website, so I'm just waiting for a response, while I paid a whopping $140 for an app. In today’s business world customer service either makes you or brakes you. Like I said before great product, but if they are to continue the support ailment, I don't care how good the app is. We (Doctors) don't have the time for this added frustrations, H&P need to be hospital records upon admission, progress notes have to be in the chart within 24 hrs., op reports within 24 hrs. So waiting for an app to do this task and support doesn't get back to you within that time, what good is the app for.
Great app
I have been using this app for 2 years now. No real complaints at all. I have had good customer support. I switched to an iPad and would like to see the app filled out for this platform.
I recommend this to student clinicians who do rotations with me as well as my peers.
The prescription section is brilliant. The only tab that I a m frustrated with is the lab one. I don't have the time to data enter all the values. I would like labcorp and Sonora quest to get it together and have a means of transmitting the values to me on this platform. It would make my life easier.
The other area that I would like to see expanded on is the macros. I do not have the time to build them out myself. I love the ones in place but more would be appreciated.
So I strongly recommend this app, and I hope it continues to grow and evolve. It is the best thing I have come across.
