Very nice color scheme software program.

I only gave this 4 stars for now because I think there are a couple of things that are needing a change. Most important is the black background makes it hard to see the lables and read-outs of the buttons and sliders.
On the possitive note, they are very fast and responsive to any email questions. And plan to fix the above problem.
I used to use ColorSchemer Studio but they went out of business with any notification. So now finally, we have a very nice replacement….and maybe even better program for color schemes. Thank you

Difficult to use and NO support

Setting colors in the color mixer is insanely tedious and very difficult to figure out. Documentation does not explain the process at all even though it is mentioned, the actual process is not described in any way. What makes it much worse is that their support it absolutely unresponsive. No reply at all after multiple contacts even asking if they ever reply to their support requests. No response at all. I find this very difficult to use and am hugely disappointed.

To enter a desired hexidecimal value, you must select a box, add the 6 digits, hit enter which brings up an OS-like window, then use the eyedropper tool to connect that color into the mixer box. Way, way too many steps when all one should need to do is select a box and enter the hexidecimal value. Also, hexidecimal is the only value you can enter, although the app does show a reading of the HSB and RGB values, you just can't enter those values other than by dragging the slider.

best since hue

I have tried several paid color selection tools and this is the best one I have found. I'm not sure how you could be confused by the tools. The color wheel selector is nearly identical to adobe's color selector. The killer feature is the "New Color Scheme" tool on the right. I use this in client sessions as I jump between programs and photos when designing a website. When the client says "can you make the color more like... " that is when I switch to this app. I do Wish there were even more sophisticated features, like lookup tables for luts and a 3d color picker, I still miss the color picker program called hue.
