Loved this app until the latest update. I’ve been listening to the game through the app for a long time, as I’m in Florida. Since the latest update, I can’t even see the play-by-plays consistently. The radio option to listen isn’t working. Very disappointed in the latest update.
Disappointed
As a life long Skins fan living away from the DC area I was excited to get an app that would keep me abreast of the teams ins and outs. The problem is this app doesn’t show everything nor does it allow me to search certain topics so I can find what I am looking for. All you get is posted news that the team want you to see not answers to questions like what is going on with our second round running back that was injured before seeing him play. If there is a way to find that news it seems to be to complicated for this man.
The worst part is every day I have a growing number on the phone telling me there are things to see yet neither I or my son can figure out how to make that number go away. Maybe I have to literally watch every video and read every article and look at every picture.
Just thought a storied franchise could do more for fans online since we are stuck in a perpetual mode of mediocrity. Never good enough to win anything yet never bad enough for a good draft pick
Sign in, sign in, sign in! And sign in again!
Gold season ticket holder, and every time I click on something related to my account, I have to sign in, again and again. And don’t even think about going back to a previous screen...sign in again. There is this thing called a session cookie...use them please! And why do I have to leave the app for some actions? What’s the point of a mobile app if it just dumps users out to the very non-mobile web site? Let’s talk about navigation and buttonology, both stink! If you want some help with human factors engineering, give me a call...wait, let me log in again.
