Description
The Art Souterrain application is an indispensible tool to discover the contemporary artworks exhibited throughout Montreal’s underground city. Art Souterrain is a festival that takes over the public spaces of Montreal’s underground city on an annual basis to present the works of contemporary artists. The Festival will be launched on February 25, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., as part of the Nuit Blanche à Montréal and the MONTREAL HIGH LIGHTS Festival, and will continue to run until March 11, 2012 during regular hours.
This application presents all the artist projects, practical information on the exhibition sites, calendar of activities during the festival, and multimedia elements (photos, videos, and audioguides). It is also possible to share your impressions of the festival via social networks (Facebook and Twitter) and by sending your own personal photographs. Finally, be sure to enter the Scotiabank People’s Choice contest to be given the chance to win a prize.
