Ugh slow weird emulation

I bought this, knowing that sega does very lazy genesis ports for the iPhone. It was acceptable when the iPhone first came out. But with the power of the newer models, there's just no excuse anymore. right from the menu select screen, if you know the original, you will notice that the menu sounds sound weird and high pitched. And then when you get to the character select screen, you'll notice that it sounds like the music has like super full bass and treble, and it makes it sound like it was recorded with an old cell phone. All the music sounds this bad, and so do all the other genesis ports. Then when you actually play, you'll notice that the frameskip is freaking terrible! I mean c'mon the iPhone is really powerful and they can't even put the time in to improve sega genesis emulation?! The system is more than 15 years old and they can't optimize it to run on this crazy fast phone? Unbelievable. Still, the game is playable if you can overlook all these short comings. The only main complaint I have is that it's pretty hard to do the back attack input because of the button layout. Would have been nice if they just added an extra button for back attack, but yeah sega is too lazy to do that. These ports show just how lazy sega is, and it also shows how little they care about making a polished product.

Needs to be fixed

Sega what happened? This game has the worst frame rate I've ever seen in an iPod game! The sound is horrible too! It's not like your trying to port a huge game! If you can port the first game, why can't you port the second one perfectly?!? Your charging 3 bucks for a game that is poorly made where we can get the first one for a dollar and it works perfectly!! Just fix it fast, I love this game and I'd love to have it fixed fast!

Best. Game. Ever.

I played this game just about everyday when I was a kid and continued playing it when I discovered emulators for the PC. Now I can carry my obsession with me wherever I go? Perfection.
