Description
The term Warbird is used to describe vintage military aircraft. Although the term originally implied piston-driven aircraft from the World War II era, it is now often extended to include all military aircraft, including jet-powered aircraft, that are no longer in military service. Vintage jet aircraft in flyable condition, however, are much rarer due to technical complexity. Warbirdz.net has supplied a place on the internet for those who enjoy military aircraft and warbirds to gather, show off their images and chat about warbirds.
The idea for our Warbirdz magazine was born from that forum. There are many magazines out there that focus on specific aviation interests, but Warbirdz Magazine brings together information about current military aircraft and the older warbirds in a beautifully put together collection of news, information, and great pictures for under $5 an edition.
In order to read the magazine you need to download the bookshelf which is free. Each magazine as it becomes available will be published into the bookshelf for you to download. If you sign up as a member you will know when the next magazine has been published as it will appear in your bookshelf once published.
