This comprehensive application is an invaluable pocket reference to the laws and codes of Luxembourg.

This free app allows you to browse or search the full text – updated and consolidated by Luxembourg law firm AMMC Law – of the most important business laws in Luxembourg, including:

- the Civil Code;
- the Commercial Code;
- the Employment Code;
- the Civil Procedure Code; and

- the 1915 Company Law;
- the 2002 Company Register and Accounts Law;
- the 2004 SICAR Law; and
- the 2007 SIF Law.

To ensure that the information is as up-to-date as possible, iLaw accesses a bespoke internet-based database; created, edited and maintained by the expert team at AMMC Law, and optimised for rapid downloading and quick searching. This also ensures that the app takes up the minimum amount of space on your iPhone or iPod.

For the sake of accuracy, all of the legal texts are, at this stage, in the original French.

You may search the full texts of the codes and laws by either keyword or article number, or browse through them in a comfortable, easy-to-read layout.

iLaw also includes a directory of useful links.

The app will be regularly enhanced by the addition of further codes, laws and regulations. It will also include the latest important Luxembourg legal news, automatically updated when you open the app.
