gets worse with updates

every update is suppose to “fix bugs” but I’ve found that it only makes things worse. half the time, camera doesn’t show color. wifi connection is glitchy. camera freezes a lot, and alarm recordings are not consistent. the biggest complaint I have though, which i think was a large convenience was how the preset views are no gone. I don’t know if others are having this issue or not? I have a iphone 7+. please fix this.

Can’t access cameras since iso 11 update

Since your update and the 2 iso 11 updates I cannot access my camera. Putting this in reviews since your support page no longer exists. I have a iPhone 6s Plus and 9.5 IPad Pro neither can access the camera just get a black screen with the circle spinning trying to connect- everything worked perfect before. I still gave 5 stars since worked perfectly before updates

Great App! 😄 Highly recommend!

My family has had the cameras for about 1-2 years now and they still work perfectly! We have used them for so many things in the house and it made it so much easier to see things around the house. It has even prevented a dog in our house from getting injured. Now we have a puppy and use it more than ever. Thanks you so much for the amazing app and camera. 😊
