InitiativeBoard is a no-frills tracking aid for initiative in d20 role playing game rounds.
Get rid of pencil and paper, and start dragging markers for players and foes on the grid. Starting a new encounter is a matter of seconds.
Also contains a round counter, options to mark players as "ready" or "delaying" as well as configurable conditions with automatic round countdowns.
Supports up to five campaigns of up to ten players each.

Quickstart Instructions
First, tap on the (i) button in the lower left and enter player names for campaign 1 and a name for that campaign. When you want to include initiative bonus and DEX value in a name, you can enter this like “Name +2/10” - the numeric values are then displayed next to the name in a smaller font to conserve space. When done, tap “Restart”.
To start an encounter, drag the player buttons from the top row to the positions for their initiative value. Tap on a player button to choose from these options: “Ready” marks the player red, “Delay” marks the player in italics, “Make Active” sets the “active” marker to this player. “Set condition” allows you to select one or more conditions this marker, either from a built-in list of conditions or a custom list that you can also define in the settings. Initially, a condition lasts indefinetly, but you can limit its duration by using the +/- buttons next to it. Whenever the active marker moves off of a player, the condition duration(s) will be counted down by one round.
In the top right there is a button “1” for the first foe. Tap on the “+” button to create more foes as needed. Drag the foe buttons to their initiative positions. Just like the players, tap a foe button display options: “Boss” marks the foe red, “Dead” removes the button from the board, “Enter name” allows you to replace the initial number with a name, “Make active” sets the active marker for this foe, and “Clone” creates a copy of this foe, including its name. “Select name” allows you to select a name from a predefined list, which you can enter in the settings.
Tap on “Start” at the bottom of the board. The button with the highest initiative value will be marked as “active”, shown as a black border. The round counter will go from 0 to 1. Further taps on “Next” will move the active marker to the next player or foe. If initiative changes during an encounter, e.g. as a result of someone’s ready action being triggered, simply drag the button to its new position. This may impact the “active” marker, use the “Make active” option of the player/foe buttons to fix this.
Normally, tapping on “Next” also increments the rounds counter in the bottom right. If you have disabled this in the Settings, or you have erroneously counted too few or too many rounds, you can use the “+/-“ button next to the rounds counter to make manual adjustments.

replaces my magnetic board
This replaces not only my Excel chart but the magnetic board that I bought from GenCon a few years back. Wet-erase on small rectangles that usually got lost in the zip-lock bag I kept it in. Thanks!
