Good, but not great
The user interface is absolutely beautiful! My problem with it is that it's just too limited in the rhythms it has to offer (e.g. no SVT). I would say it's worth a dollar or two, and I'd even splurge for $3, but the fact that this is a sale?
I recommend ECG guide. It doesn't have as beautiful an interface as Instant ECG, but the content is much richer. ECG interpret is also a good one with a nice interface and good content.
