Hi there. I have spent many hours pulling my hair out trying to find an application like this (specifically that isn't web-based as I have an itouch and thus am not frequently on the net). This should work great but am REALLY HOPING to see that upgrade v1.1 with the ability to get these items off the itouch into excel. Otherwise thanks for a very convenient App really workable for independent pro's on the move that don't require the online based services etc...As for the complaints below, obviously this app isn't required for those people. However the $16 is about what I lose personally on 2 days of forgetting to write down taxi charges because I am sprinting to make a deadline! Good job! Keep improving it! If you are looking for a simple and convenient way to track your expenses LOOK NO FURTHER. I have tried many and recommend this above all the rest.
Does the job
I used this for an overseas trip. Was able to set up expense reports for US Dollars and Kenya shillings. It was nice to be able to keep track of expenses as they occurred. The ability to export is nice, but would like it to be a bit more intuitive. It took me awhile to find the right place to export. I would also like to see a check box or selection for receipt/no receipt. It would have eliminated a step after the export to turn in for reimbursement. With a little more work, this will be a Five Star application. A very practical application for travelers who need to track their expenses for reimbursement.
I needed this last week!
It seems pretty easy to use and well thought out. The date text on the entries is a bit small for my eyes, but the outline view with totals is handy. I will save the $16 in missed cab fare alone on my next trip.
