iTextSpeed helps you improve your texting speed, and lets you share your results with friends.
iTextSpeed can be played in 15, 30, 60, and 120 second games, and can be played in both Portrait and Landscape orientations. You can choose to enable slang words like "cool", "yo", and "lol".
iTextSpeed lets you share your results with your friends via Facebook, Twitter, and FriendFeed. You can enable or disable your sharing accounts any time through the iTextSpeed Settings. When you've enabled your account, you can use the Share results button after a game to share your results with your friends.
iTextSpeed records your results in the iTextSpeed History on your device. The History includes your best and average results for each combination of time and slang or non-slang games. You can clear your History at any time.
iTextSpeed includes a news section that displays the iTextSpeed Twitter feed for staying up to date on iTextSpeed application information and a search on the Twitter public timeline to see how other people are scoring, and what's being said about iTextSpeed.

Great App
Helps you get to be a real quick texter/typed on your iPod/iPhone. I can now text reviews (like this one), notes, and emails super quick. It bugs me so much when my friends type sooo slow now. This is really great practice and totally worth your money. Even if you already are fast you can still improve and if you don't type a lot on your iPod it's still a fun game to play. Recommended to anyone! :)
Great, simple, elegant and addictive!!
It's fun and every time I play, I find that I'm just a little bit more efficient with my iPhone keyboard.. My high is 54 wpm... One comment- there needs to be a return to menu function (unless it's there and I'm missing it) from during the game.. It's annoying to accidentally start a 60 second game and have to wait for the timer to run out.
Other then that... Awesome.
Unsatisfactory
If you want to improve your typing on the ipad to include numbers, question marks, quotations, shift, asterisk, etc. keys, there's no way to adjust the settings for those types of drills.
