Description

*** PRECAUTION FOR NON-JAPANESE USERS ***
All articles available in this application are provided only in Japanese.

The application is dedicated to reading ITmedia articles.

Key articles published by ITmedia are distributed concurrently with the Web. All articles contain full text and the image. Even lengthy articles are contained on one page which offers easy reading at a flick of operation.

[Evernote feature] The application has built linkage with "Evernote", a Web-based memo management tool. A screen dedicated to posting will enable automatic input of article titles and its URL and added comments can be saved to Evernote. This provides a great feature to put down memo on articles and store your favorite article as an alternative to the bookmark.

[Twitter Function] After the Twitter account is registered (using the OAuth authentication), articles can be posted to the Twitter. Moving on from the page on detailed articles to the editing screen in the application, article titles, URL (including abbreviated URL), and comments can be contributed to Twitter and the timeline for Twitter can be displayed in the application.

[Built-in Web browser] A built-in Web browser enables to browse article pages and their links without Safari. Tapping the button at the lower right corner provides an e-mailing function that allows to send URL of a browsing page, opening by Safari (all images can be viewed), and Twitter contribution/browse function.

[Accessible from underground] Because the body text data of articles are stored temporarily in the application, users can enjoy reading the articles even underground where signals cannot be reached (in this regard, however, images become undisplayed without the Net connection).

[Category of articles]
Twenty-five latest articles are offered for each of four categories: “Apple” for the intrigues of iPhone users, “Digital Life” featuring PC and mobile phones targeting consumers, “IT” covering the latest news on business, enterprise, and the Internet, and “MacWIRE for iPhone” which is exclusive for this application and not available from the Web offering articles on iPhone and Mac.
