Convenient but needs update.
I like the app because of it ease of access in ordering. My only concern is the unavailability of a cash option added to the payment options. That would appeal to both customers who don’t have credit cards or to the ones who do but prefer to pay in cash.
Amazing!
I have been ordering food & dining here at J Roo’s since the year 2001 & I can tell anyone who reads the Comments... the food is always hot when it arrives (by way of delivery or at table) food is always consistent meaning no matter who’s cooking it’s always fabulous & it don’t matter what time of day it is. Delivery people are always friendly & courteous. I can tell you over the 18 yrs. I’ve been eating here I have had an issue 3 times & the owners are always quick to fix it or make us happy, until my last breath on this earth I will be ordering from J Roo‘s. If you haven’t tried this restaurant you don’t know what you’re missing try it you’ll enjoy it!
Love this app
I love this app and this restaurant especially since adding the gluten free options. It’s so easy to order I’ve never had any issues. My only gripe is that you HAVE to pay by credit card. I don’t know why there isn’t a cash option but it would be amazing if you added one!
