OVERVIEW
KidCalc teaches number recognition, counting and math to pre-schoolers, kindergarteners and elementary school aged children using flash cards and puzzle games, with engaging artwork, animation and voice-overs.
KidCalc includes animated addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division lessons. KidCalc is easily configurable to adjust how challenging the counting and math puzzles are, with settings for toddlers learning numbers, for preschoolers learning to add and subtract, and for elementary school aged kids learning to count as high as 1000 and to multiply and divide.
KidCalc is jam packed with features and now teaches the following skills:
• Writing numbers
• Number recognition by sight and sound
• Quantity recognition with icons
• Counting forwards and backwards, with voice-overs, by increments of 1, 2, 3, on up to increments of 100
• Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with operands up to 1000
• Reading numbers spelled out, up to one thousand

Updates have been incredible
My sons REALLY like this app. They are 3 & 6 years and both enjoy this app a lot. It is absolutely perfect for teaching them math, it holds their attention well, and teaches math concepts better than the other math apps. I've bought practically all of the math apps in the top 100 and deleted nearly all besides this one, partly because the other apps are so much more narrow in what they teach, and partly because this is the only one that my kids actually keep playing and learning from.
Great for kids with disabilities
My 15 year old with a cognitive impairment LOVES this app. It holds her attention far longer than any other teaching tool. The new upgrades are even better so that it can be customized to your child's level. Highly recommended.
Please come out with a money and calendar/time app that works like this!!
I don't get it myself - but it is my kid's favorite
Out of all of the apps I have this is the one my 3yr old son plays with the most. He absolutely adores it. My Kindergartner also adores it. I can easily say that I think it is educational and fairly well thought out. But in the end, my opinion doesn't matter much. The kids LOVE it.
