Description
Very simple 60 minute kitchen timer, a perfect tool to use while cooking.
No complicated settings and very easy to use.
Simply increase the count and the timer starts.
To stop timer simply bring the counter to zero, as simple as that.
When timer reaches zero, alarm is heard.
As this is a timer, it could be used for any purpose.
Digital display shows minutes and seconds countdown timer.
Beautiful analog display to show the remaining time.
Helps in viewing the timer from far.
Disable auto-locking of screen through Settings->General to run the application for long duration.
How to use:
Drag the indicator knob around the dial to set the counter.
Alternately, use the buttons near the digital counter to increment and decrement the counter.
To stop the timer bring the knob back to zero.
On settings screen (Settings->KitchenTimer)
Change skin - 4 skins supported - Black, Blue, Red and Green
Ticking Sound - On/Off
NOTE: From version 1.2, the timer can work in background. You can start the timer, quit the timer application and return back to the timer later. But as with any app in AppStore, iPhone or iPod does not allow true background applications. So alarm will be heard only if application is running.

Nice timer but
There should be a reset or how you can set the minutes secs or hours like clock on first page

It is the same of the stopwatch that came with the iPhone/iPod
Don't bother!
This app has such a basic flaw - the timer doesn't work if your phone goes to sleep! It took me a few burnt toasts and overboiled eggs to work this out. Nor does it work if you exit the app to check something else on your phone. A dead loss - use your alarm clock function instead.
