Landscape companion
This should be a free app. It's not worth $.99 let alone $4.99. I purchased it to identify the grasses in yard, but, there's too few pictures. The naming convention is organized by scientific name versus common name which is extra cumbersome. There's less information in this app for each plant than is on a tag at Home Depot. There's no plant categories map to know my category.
Not what I expected
Need more info on plants such as soil conditions needed. Lowes & Home depot give much better info on their tags.
Pro version
I use the app regularly to favorite my personal plants and clients with notes and pictures. It does have a learning curve but the more you explore the more you'll get the hang of it. There are quirks but each updated gets better and the support team has been extremely helpful with issues, bug reports & problems.
