Great Community Bank
Legacy Bank is a great community bank that offers you everything the big box banks have to offer. I bank here because I get personal service when I need it. They listen to their customers and continue to strive to do better with their offerings and their service to their customers. Their mobile app works great for me!
Legacy bank is good but anything with their online is terrible
App has glitches all the time. For me it only seems to work about 75% of the time. There’s no customer service on weekends if you have any issue with your banking, which usually seems to revolve around and issue with the Mobil app. Even when I uninstall and then reinstall I still have issues. If the Mobil aspect is a big part of deciding where to bank then don’t use legacy. On top of all he online issues it usually seems to take a day longer than any other bank in Wichita to process credits. If the 20 guys I work with, they get their direct deposit on Tuesday. I do not get mine until Wednesday at 8.👎
Great app, great a local bank
This app gives me on the go access to all of my accounts, making it easy to transfer money between them or check a balance. The mobile check deposit feature is nice too.
