Loopy Laboratory is a small but entertaining puzzle game starring Lara, a damsel in distress. She's been locked away in the laboratory of the evil Dr. Heissenbad. It's your job to help Lara escape the Laboratory safely.
Dr. Heissenbad's Laboratory consists of 50 unique rooms, each filled with deadly traps and challenging puzzles that need to be solved in order to escape.

It's fun
Experienced puzzle game players will probably find it too simple and we'll see the inevitable "I beat it" posts here all too soon. I'm only 5 levels in and enjoying it a lot. Before you decide to invest your $7 visit the support site and the manual to find out what the hazards are ie: how to tell ice from water and what the crampons look like, vital for walking on ice. Hopefully the developer will get a good response and want to build on the current 50 levels.
Decent remake of Chip's Challenge
Even changing a few of the items can't disguise the fact that this is a remake of Chip's Challenge, an classic older puzzle game years ago. This version has satifactory controls, but the movement feels a bit slow. Although this could be to make the timed puzzles a bit easier. Decent graphics, but nothing to write home about. But we all know a good game is not entirely about the graphics.
Well done version of Chip's Challenge, but difficultly level is low
I'm on level 44 and really the game has never gotten all that hard. It is completely enjoyable and it's always satisfying to figure out a level, so I still give it 4 stars, but I do wish the puzzles got harder and got more difficult much sooner. It's been a long time, but I remember Chip's Challenge on the Atari Lynx being a lot more difficult. I paid full price for Loopy Laboratory and am happy with it at that price even though the price dropped, but I do hope that the developer will put out more levels for the game, and more difficult ones. I'll be finished with this game soon and will definitely be wanting more!
