Thank You Lose It!
A year ago I had an appointment with my doctor. I wasn't looking forward to it, because I had gained a few pounds, and didn't have any good reason for it. She suggested I look at Lose It - she was using it herself, and it helped her.
A year later, I have lost 98 pounds and am approaching my goal weight. Though no one but I can take responsibility for my weight loss, I need to give credit to my doctor and Lose It. I don't use all of Lose It's features, but I consistently use the ones most important to my weight loss regimen: having a daily calorie target that should help me lose weight, tracking my calorie intake (and exercise credit) against that target, and tracking my weight. Lose It has helped me keep honest with myself about what I eat on a daily basis should I want to keep up with my goals.
As there really is no such thing as a "diet" - it should be more of a "lifestyle" - I expect to be using Lose It even after I have reached my goals.

Life changing app
I've lost 30 pounds with this app. I use this and motion x gps to stay on top of my caloric intake and spending.

This a great app. So far it has helped me lose 12lbs and stay motivated for many more. It is by far my most used application! The new icons for iPhone 4 are awesome!!
