Decent, but still needs work.
This app looked promising, since I have not had formal Spanish education, but have some comprehension from exposure. It has many phrases that are useful and broken down by system, but the organization of the information can be improved, especially if you are going to be using it while speaking. Unfortunately, since it's just grouped by system, it's only useful for reference. There should be an option to organize it by specialty. For example, by having all the OB/Gyn related questions grouped together and divided by topics such as post-partum check up or gyn history. Also some sections currently are not comprehensive enough. Perhaps if the developers think of how one would use this app for each specialty, then it would be more useful in practice. Hope to see updates soon.
It's alright
If you are looking to get a good rudimentary grasp of Spanish medical terminology, then this will suffice. Can't really say that it offers more than that. Wish I hadn't spent the full 6.99 for it, though.
Nice app
I find this app pretty useful on a daily basis in the emergency room, and it is helpful. So far, my only problem is the fact that there are not more entries pertaining to pregnancy. For example, what is your due date? Or how far along are you? Or how many pregnancies have you had? I'd like to see an update with more pregnancy related ?'s as well as a bookmark or favorites feature. If those were added, I'd consider this a five star app.
EDIT: they quickly added an OBGYN section along with a bunch of other additions, and a huge searchable glossary. Definitely a 5 star app now!
