NOTES:
MeetMe uses reviews from Yelp to help pick meeting places. Yelp does not cover all geographies equally. If you are outside the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom, you may not get as many results for places to meet.
Previous versions of MeetMe had some issues finding addresses entered for locations. Many of the negative comments and reviews of the app were related to these problems. This is now fixed and everything is 100% functional.

Great Idea - Too Limited
Love the thought of this, and it has a lot of promise, but there are currently too few choices; they need to be increased. Also, because of the limited choices it would be helpful to be able to add your own meeting location (I had to go outside the app to find one) and then pull directions and email them to the other party. That way you could still check the comparative distances.
A bargain at any price
Honestly, this is one of those apps that makes me think, "Duh, why didn't I think of that!" It's simple, elegant, and most important, extremely useful. It's one of about 30 apps on my iPhone and only 3 days after getting it, it easily ranks in my top 3 most-used. I hesitate to say this for fear that the price will go up but, I would probably pay much more for this app. It's a bargain at $1.99. Get it while it's still cheap!
Fantastic app!
MeetMe is a terrific app -- with friends and family spread across a large metropolitan area, it's so helpful to find meeting places and email directions from the same app! It's also been great to find places to stop along the way on road trips (selecting the GPS option is handy here). Great idea, beautifully executed.
