Great Graphics, great production values, terrible controls
This game looks great, but the terrible controls made it unplayable for me.
It is very hard to control how your guy moves or digs, and if you happen to dig in the wrong direction, it is very easy (and common) to get stuck where you can't move and are forced to restart the level. Very frustrating.
Could be great
My main gripe with this game, which is a major one, are the poor character controls. The d-pad is such a pain to use. Other iphone games control much better.
It has potential but I won't be playing it again until the controls are fixed.
Really fun, except...
The concept of the game is great. The execution, marvelous, save for one area: the controls. There are times when you need precise control to get your character to exactly where you want him, and often, I find myself overshooting or undershooting my movements. There's a lot of fantastic potential here, but the controls just frustrate me to no end. If Jagex can fix the controls, this is easily a five-star game. For 99 cents, it's worth a purchase, just be sure to experience it in small bursts.
