One of the first 2D shoot 'em up side scrollers for iPhone is back and better than ever for version 2.0! Mission 23 is an addictive, action packed game with rich graphics, great sound effects, and a rocking background track. The app incorporates detailed visual touches and crisp OpenGL graphics. Hook up your headphones and enjoy panning stereo sound (headphones recommended but not required). Fast paced gameplay and an engaging interface will take you on a quest for better and better high scores!
Tilt your iPhone/iPod up and down for directional/roll control and tilt it side to side for fore/aft thrust control. Touch the missile and cannon buttons to fire your weapons. Visit the "settings" section for audio, tilt, and button layout options. In addition to accessing settings from the app's main screen, they can be changed while a game is in progress by tapping the pause button.
