Great
Finally!!!!!!! This app is great after the last update . It now supports the iPad, iOS 4, and the iPhone 4's retina display. I can now use this to out files in my iDisk on my MacBook, then open them and edit them on my iPad. Everything just works how you want it to.
Only one thing missing.
Now, if only I could save Pages/Numbers/Keynote files back to iDisk, or better yet, be able to edit files while they are in iDisk.
Access from iDisk fine, but TO iDisk?
The update now works on iPad, and I can access files from iDisk. For example, I can select a Keynote presentation and once downloaded to the iPad (and visible in the preview mode) I can open it in Keynote. That's good but only half-way useful. What's needed next is a way to export files TO one's iDisk. Let me create a Keynote or Pages document, and either export it to iDisk directly or 'share' it back to iDisk. That would be a very convenient way for me to move documents back and forth from Mac to iPad when on the road,
Moving files effortlessly to and from the iPad is a big key for many. iDisk is a natural just as is iWork.com and e-mail. Let's not make this any harder than it has to be. Share both ways!
iDisk otherwise looks good on the iPad and has Apple's usual minimalist look and polish -- very nice.
