Easy To Use But Limited
Easy to use.
The cons are:
Limited up to $1,000,000 main value
Limited up to 10% APR
If your calculations are within this range thus is the easiest application to use.
Quick and easy to use, especially with the sliders - but is missing monthly insurance/tax calc
Great app for quickly calculating mortgage payments, but it's missing a slider/setting for adding in monthly insurance/property tax for an escrowed mortgage.
Quick and easy
Quick data entry and easy to use. Not limited to 1 million as previous reviewer says. On the contrary, it's flexible and lets you decide the limits.
