Very nice
I just downloaded this app and it works great. I plugged in the info for the mortgage we got over a year ago and it on the money. Love the AM Schedule. Hate seeing how much we'd pay for the house over 30 years . But since I am a mortgage professional and have been in the business for 13 years, thos app would greatly benefit from having a PMI calculator as FHA is becoming more popular and maybe, if possible, a way to compare different loan products. What about ARM loans? Though in the last year and a half I haven't see many, I'm sure there are a few people who still use them. Great app, if you could add an MI feature and comparison that would make me give it 5 stars! Thanks for the free download, I'll tell my other mortgage iPhone friend users about it!
Great App Needs FHA and MIP functions
Clean app, simple to use but, needs options for Govt loans including UPMIP calculation and monthly MI factors.
Another helpful feature would be option to select between Conventional and Govt with user defined presets
I look forward to the next update!
Does it all
Downloaded another motgage calculator and it didn't include insurance into the equation. This one has everything I need. Thanks. Nice app.
