App pop up asking about resetting values before letting you enter data. Can get past the pop ups to actually calculate anything.
Does what it says. But should add more features
A quick an easy app. No where to add PMI cost and that is very common with Buyers. They also need to add if you want to make more payments. I have seen other apps that do that but I already bought this one. I hope they add these features since it tends to be a quick to use tool. As a Realtor I use this tool often.
